This wonderful house in sale, in Mataró, in the countryside of the city. The area is a very peaceful and the neighbours are funny, here you can encounter with a famous because this place is the most nice of Mataró. The house is at fiftheen minutes of center.
The house is of wood, it has got a terrace and a colourful garden. It is a medium sized house and it has two floor. It's very light because it has a lot of big windows. The four rooms are beautiful, and very spacious. It has two traditional bathrooms and one enormous dinningroom.
The climate in the place is very comfortable, never is very hot or cold.
In my opinion I will live in this house is very picturesque.
